go and track and slay and feed

huntress i implore you now
disallow the ancestral voices
from thwarting your efforts to live
the darkened ghosts anchor you
to the void that is your sorrow

the sword of hope will free you
from the binds which block your path
the power lies within you if you so desire
but deny the seduction of surrender
and embrace your wrath, love your worth

huntress hunt and fiercely conquer
no prey is not yours if you believe
no challenge is lost if you persevere
this world is your thicket, your forest
slay all which gets in your way and thrive
